The story

The Vale is coming undone

Long ago, the First Weaver knitted the world together from starlight and tied it with four threads. Now a shadow is pulling at the seams.

You are a Myo Myo, a small fluffy creature with a strand of starlight inside. Help the villagers of Hearthwhisker, defeat the four guardians who hold the threads, and claim the Regalia that lets you walk through the Archive's forcefield.

Six regions

One soft, strange world

From snowy tundra to lava fields to a chain of tropical islands. Each region has its own questline, music, monsters and a guardian at the end.

Levels 1 to 10

Hearthwhisker Heartlands

Your cozy home. Candlelit cottages, cotton-candy trees and meadows full of mischievous dust bunnies. The Whispering Woods and Moonstone Hills hide older, stranger things.

Levels 10 to 13

Frostwhisker Tundra

A hushed, snowy wilderness under shimmering auroras. Warm up at Snowdrift Camp, befriend a wild skier, then climb to the great owl's aerie.

The Coral Isles

Catch the ferry from Hearthwhisker Harbor to a chain of sunny islands. Palm trees, coral reefs, pirate kids and one very grumpy crab king.

Emberpeak

A smoldering volcano streaked with rivers of lava. At the summit, a giant shadow of a Myo Myo waits for the eclipse.

The Archive

A forbidden tower at the center of the Vale, sealed behind a forcefield. Only a hero wearing all four pieces of the Regalia can pass through.

A floating arena among the stars. Duel rival Myo Myos, climb the rating ladder and earn Marks for rare pets and gear.

Level from 1 to 20, unlock new abilities as you go and shape your build with two tiers of talents.

What you'll do

Everything you love about an MMO

Quests, loot, bosses, pets, professions, housing and an arena. Minus the grind, the toxicity and the monthly fee.

Boss fights with real mechanics

Every region ends in a guardian with telegraphed attacks. Dodge glowing circles, jump over shockwaves, light braziers before the eclipse. Learn the dance, then win it.

Tiny humans as battle pets

Befriend a hiker with a cookie. Hire a very small knight. Rescue a lost astronaut. Thirteen pint-sized companions follow you, fight beside you and level up.

Buy, upgrade and rent out houses

Save up for a cottage, then add a porch, a garden, a second story and a starglass observatory. Rent it out and collect gold while you are away.

Villagers who actually talk

Every character has a voice and a personality, from Elder Nibbles and Captain Bramblepaw to Madame Tuppence, the realtor who would love to sell you a lodge. Music shifts with every region, every fight and every boss.

Talents, professions and gear

Spend talent points, gather herbs and crystals, brew elixirs and cut charms. Loot drops in five rarities, up to Legendary.

Good to know

Is World of Myo free?

Yes. The whole game is free to play in your browser. There are no ads, no purchases and no account to create.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Open worldofmyo.com/play in a modern browser and you are in. It works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Can I play on my phone or tablet?

Yes. On touch screens you get an on-screen joystick and ability buttons. A recent phone runs it well. Switch Graphics to Low in the menu if it feels slow.

Is it multiplayer?

Not yet. World of Myo is a single-player adventure with MMO-style questing, bosses, pets and an arena against computer opponents.

Where is my progress saved?

In your browser on the device you play on. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data or playing in a private window will reset your save.
